AGM, Christmas Party and Presention

To all members.

This is  a message to invite old and new archery members to our annual AGM, Christmas party  and Presention.

Time - 2pm
Day: Saturday

The AGM meeting will occur at 2pm, then the Christmas party, followed by the presentation of trophies.

The club will  provide food and drinks,(soft drinks) for the Christmas party.

It would be greatly apprecated if you could bring nibblies, desserts or something to add to the table.

Please feel free to bring your caravan and camping equipment to camp over Saturday night for our regular sunday shoot.

Will look forward to seeing as many members as possible.
