SALES, VIC SHOOT

Six Manning District Bowhunters travelled to Sale Victoria, to compete in the 2012 IFAA National championship. Flooding and snow was not going to stop the archers, from attending the shoot.

Flooding and snow had closed the highway to Sale and the shooting range. The drive to the range normally took ten minutes but with detours, it was taking around forty five minutes.

Over the four days there was light rain and very cold, it only got to fifteen degrees through the day.

That is true dedication, Manning Archers.

Our six club members achieved excellent results:

CUB:
Luke Agnew... Gold
Mitchel Agnew... Silver

SENIORS:
Wendy Gorton... Gold
Malcolm Gorton... Gold
Karl Peck... Silver
James Fotheringham... Bronze

Congratulations, to each member for receiving a medal.
