MERRY CHRISTMAS

Just want to wish every club member a safe and wonderful Christmas and a prosperous New Year. I really do hope next year we will see more members attending both the Sunday and Thursday night shoots. I am sort of a bit puzzled why some people go to the trouble and expense to join then never or rarely ever turn up. Just can't get my head around that one. Our regular competition shoots is where the fun is. We are all from different walks of life but we all have one thing in common......we like to shoot bows.

Next year we do need to undertake some work to get the club looking ship shape. At the moment it is starting to look a little neglected. Please people when a working bee is organised try and make the effort to attend. It is not fair on the same half dozen to shoulder all the work. You are not expected to attend every working bee but it would be good if you could at least attend one or two throughout the year. We all have families and we all have commitments. Some of us still have to work for a living so I do understand time limitations but as I said, one or two a year that is all I ask.
Anyway, stay well, don't over do it this christmas and enjoy.....that's what its all about.
